I don't think he needs to work with Ne-yo bcuz Mario is doin Mario. Who knows, maybe they will hook up again, but I think for now, Mario is doin his own thing his own way. that's just how I see it. He doesn't need Ne-yo. maybe some of the people got a little caught up, and I don't mean no disrespect to any artist..never, but Mario has some greats with him on this project and all he needs is the right PROMOTION!! that's the key to his successful album!!!!!!! :)
ok im happy to hear some new music from marz but on another note not feeling this song as of now... nice beat, good vocals, ok lyrics... he can do much better though.. and i have to agree with nita and kerry... i hope he has a new team of promoters around him because if not i dont see this album being any different..

aw now his swagga is still intact. Mario ain't lettin his swag go nowhere without him lol. he just has so much versatilility inside of himself, that's why he's doin different material from different angles. I think all of Ne-yo's songs sound just alike, not much variety to me, but Mario has variety and I like that a lot. Each guy got his own way of doin things lol. ;) .. I love the GO album too, but I was thinkin about how we do crazy stuff to be close to Mario LOL. my sister is definitely diehard Mario chick. you drove to NC to see his show?? well, that gurl flew to NY to see him and drove like over 1,000 miles to see him perform. talkin about lovin Mario!! I think once she drove a long way to see him and she missed him. I felt so sorry for her bcuz she tries so hard. I'm gonna start travelin with her lol.

Now I'm not saying that these leaked songs are horrible, I like most of them. But is it enough just to like them? Honestly I respect the man alot for being different and doing songs that we wouldn't normally hear him do. But I feel at times it takes away from the classic thing we love about Mario, which is his swagger. I want to hear classics, song that transcend through time, songs I can turn on ten years from now and get the same feeling i got when I heard it the first time. Thats what I want. A album of baby makers, heart breakers, and love chasers. A Classic!

I like to hear Mario kinda "experimenting" even though it's kinda the formula "dance" musice or whatever. lol. I dont know if that made sense. But this sorta sounds like a filler. I still say "Stuttering" should be the single, but that's just me.
you know i'm not a big Neyo fan either but you're right , the man knows how to sell records..and i'm not in anyway saying that Mario needs Neyo to write another song for him for him to have a hit..Mario is a very talented young man and he can do this..the only thing that i was diappointed with in "Go" was the sales, the album was great for me... but i'm not getting that sexy , excited, jumping in my seat feel for this new album like i did with his others and i miss that...but i'm gonna keep listening to all his new stuff with an open mind and stop comparing this new stuff with anything else he's done!

I'm with you especially with the callibur of albums being drop this quarter as far as R&B is concerned. Jazmine Sullivan's album has some crazy songs on there, Robin Thicke drops next week, Neyo's album dropped and his two singles are hot. I'm not even a hugh Neyo fan but you gotta give that man props with his track record and all, he's doing it big. I just wonder if Mario is even aware of these things sometimes. And if he is why isn't he recording better material. Now I'm really liking some of these new songs, but thats not enough just to like them. I want to be like thats a classic right there, something I can play ten years from now....but idk. I know he has it in him, so we gotta hope just for the best I guess.

lol ..i'm sorry Nita i got a little upset there....i know Mario can do great music ,I've heard him do amazing music and i'm mad cause all this new stuff i'm hearing i don't really like at all..and you know i love me some Mario..I'll support our boy even if that means i gotta drive all the way down to NC from NJ just to see him on stage for 1/2 hour..he's GOT ME as a fan..so i feel as a huge Mario fan i get to express my dislike of his new material...i really hope that a lot of this stuff we're hearing isn't gonna make the new album...i remember when "Go " was leaked, every song to me was hotter than the next..maybe 2 songs on "Go" i didn't really like but the over all album was hot...i can't say i feel this way about this alum so far.. love "stuttering" and "If i hurt you"..those are really hot songs for me but the rest {sighing} i'm not feeling at all..i mean no disrespect to Mario and all his hard work but come on give me chills already...all i'm saying is i don't want him to rush just to get an album out soon only to have it be so so..i want him to take his time and give me something i could love like i do the other 3!

i'm really trying to like his new stuff but i don't know..i think i'm still holding on to the hope that "Go" will be a hit ..i'm still so in love with that album...i just hope that Mario's team doesn't do the same thing with this new project that they did with the last..they need to put out the songs that the fans are talking about not the ones that we're so so about..if they had put out "Music for love" first i think "Go" would have been a bigger success..with me if i hear 1 or 2 songs on an album that i like i'll buy it for sure...i've gotten some albums in the past that i've ONLY liked 3 songs but atleast i brought it right?..that's all they needed the public to do..latch on to his really good songs cause in time they would have fell in love with the rest of the cd...i really can't take them throwing crappy songs at us and expect us to take it to number 1 on the charts..give me something i like and i'll help give you a grammy!
